These terms apply when you use orbasesix.com, buy a template, or hire ORBASE6 for a project. By using the site you agree to them.
Accounts
You need an account with a verified email to buy and download templates. Keep your password private — you're responsible for activity on your account.
Templates
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated.
- Payment is processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
- After successful payment, the template is available to download from your account. Future updates to the same template are included.
- Each purchase is a licence for one buyer. You may use the template for your own projects and client projects and modify it freely.
- You may not resell, share or redistribute the template files, in original or modified form, as a template, theme or starter kit.
Custom projects
Scope, timeline, price and payment milestones for custom work are agreed in writing before we start. Ownership of the final deliverables passes to you once the project is paid in full.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site — no attempts to break security, scrape at scale, or upload harmful content.
Liability
We work hard to keep templates and the site reliable, but they're provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
