Templates (digital downloads)
Templates are delivered instantly and can't be "returned", so sales are generally final. We will refund you in full if:
- you were charged but the download never became available and we can't fix it within 3 working days, or
- you were charged twice for the same template, or
- the template is materially different from its live preview and we can't resolve the issue.
Ask within 7 days of purchase by emailing orbasesix@gmail.com with your receipt number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days. Access to the template is removed once a refund is issued.
Custom projects
Advance payments cover work scheduled for your project. If you cancel, we refund any amount not yet covered by completed work, as set out in your project agreement.
